    Prepare all the ingredients for the potato pancakes. Peel Potatoes and grate the potatoes.

    Add the beaten eggs and flour to the potato mixture and stir until well combined. You may already want to add some Salt and Pepper to taste however I prefer adding salt while baking the potato pancakes.

    Heat a large pan over medium heat and add enough butter to coat the bottom of the pan.

    Using a spoon, form the potato mixture into small pancakes and place them in the hot oil. Flatten the pancakes slightly with a spatula of a fork.
