Lemon-butter sauce is a versatile sauce that can be used for a variety of fish species, including tilapia, cod, and halibut, which are all commonly available in the Philippines.

To prepare the dish, the fish fillet is typically dredged in flour and then pan-fried until golden brown and cooked through. The lemon-butter sauce is made by combining butter, lemon juice, white wine, and garlic, and then simmering until slightly thickened. The sauce is then spooned over the fish fillet and garnished with chopped parsley.
