    Preparation

    Soak the munggo beans in water for about an hour before you start cooking them and remove the skin and tail of the shrimp

    Put two liters of water in a big pan and add the Munggo Beans. Boil the Beans for about 45 minutes and add water if needed.

    While the Munggo Beans are being cooked, prepare the Tomatoes, onion, Ginger and Garlic.

    After 20 min of boiling the Munggo Beans get a frying pan and start fruiting the Garlic, Ginger, tomatoes and Onions in butter for about 5 minutes

    20 pieces Shrimp skinless
    2 pieces Tomatoes cubed
    1 piece Knorr Fish Cube
    2 tbsp Fish Sauce
    1 piece Lemon
    1 tsp Ginger shredded
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    to taste Salt
    to taste Black Pepper
    2 liters Water
    50 gr Butter
    4 cloves Garlic
