Prepare the Ingredients for Pork Giniling Recipe

Wash and peel the vegetables needed. Dain green peas from the can. Dice the potatoes, carrots, and hot dogs to the same size as the green peas. Crush the garlic and mince the onion and bell pepper.

Heat the pan to medium heat and about 5 tablespoon of oil.

Sauté the Pork

Add the lean ground pork into the pan and sauté until lightly brown.

Add the onions, garlic, and bay leaf. Sauté until evenly mixed. Season the meat with a little salt and pepper to let the ground pork absorb some flavor. Add the hot dogs and mix.

Continue boiling over medium heat until the potatoes and carrots are cooked. Once they are cooked, add the green peas and bell pepper. Mix well.

(Tip: Adding the canned green peas later than the rest of the vegetable so that it doesn't get overcooked and mushy)
